15 Pros & 15 Cons of Working Remotely
One of the most enlightening experiences I’ve had is learning to work from home. After I left my last job, to pursue my personal goals I discovered a whole new world of remote work life. With this discovery I learned through trial and error the pros and the cons of working remotely. Overall, I personally feel the pros outweigh the cons however everyone does not share the same values and priorities.
Personally, I love working independently and using my creativity to think outside the box. I’m naturally an introvert with a gregarious side so working remotely works for me. I’m self-motivated, internet savvy and flexible so this lifestyle suits me. Although I could improve getting outside and taking more physical steps to improve my fitness, I find the cost savings and reduced stress suits me just fine. Especially, living in current times when viruses and disease transmission is a pivotal focus of many, working remotely helps drastically reduce my vulnerability to germs.
With that said, today I’ll share with you a balanced perspective of the positives and negatives of working from home. Here is an infographic I created to highlight 15 Pros and 15 Cons of working remotely.
