Monday Inspiration #77 – In deep grief you are not alone.
When a loved one passes away there are a flood of emotions. Everyone does not grieve the same. Each individual’s journey is different. However one thing remains true. All of us at one point or another have traveled this path. While you are in deep grief you are not alone.
I understand this all too well. With the recent loss of a loved one in my own family I realize the grief process continues. It’s in these times our strength is tested and we learn more about ourselves in the process.
Today’s inspirational quote is dedicated to anyone dealing with the grieving process. Just know you are not alone in your struggle. Take it one day or one hour at a time if necessary.
I have hope, this too shall pass and tomorrow is a new day.
