Monday Inspiration #56- Love changes lives
Did you know June is national foster a pet month? If you have been following my Instagram or read about my fostering adventures, you know that one of the many lessons I’ve learned fostering cats has been how showing love to a foster can change their lives. Showing and displaying love to another helps bring out the confidence, security, and personality of these homeless animals. It’s amazing to see a foster blossom, grow and gain trust in humans slowly but surely.
Providing a safe space for them to flourish completely changes their outlook on life. Realizing that their past does not define their future is an amazing realization. There is a new found joy and zest for life. Most of all, it’s rewarding and fulfilling to know that you helped give another a better life, find love and a chance at a new beginning. Never underestimate how much love can change a life.
