Hi guys! I’m back from hiatus and looking forward to sharing new content with you.

This year you can expect continued bereavement content and learn about ways to cope. Additionally, I will continue to give you what you want – more positivity, encouragement, and self-care content.
My blog content will continue to publish every Monday and/or Wednesday.
I’ve been working on growing my YouTube channel over the break, so be sure to also check it out here. I will publish a new YouTube video every Sunday evening. And if time allows, maybe a second one mid-week!
