Well hello there my Impurrfectlife Insiders! As you saw from the title, it’s time for me to go. This is not goodbye, but rather see you soon. This past month has been quite the doozy.
Tumultuous Spring
Learning to master work from home life in a pandemic, keep a household in order, dealing with personal family concerns, and turning on the television to witness the ever present open sore of America’s history on constant replay, it’s become overwhelming.
Hence, I must for my own sanity and well being, take a break. It’s time to say goodbye and unplug for a little while. Don’t worry I’ll be back, however I find it important to take care of myself and put my mental health first. Additionally, I always want to be transparent with my readers.
I wrote a post a long time ago about the time I had to quit and learn to put myself first. If you missed that post, check it out here.
Reality & Self-Awareness
As the world grows older, although there is much good in the world, there is also so much tragedy, illness, injustice and hatred that remains. And honestly, I’m JUST TIRED.
So, having the self awareness to realize that it’s vital that I pay attention to what I feed my mind and soul with, I’m choosing to stay informed but also get unplugged. This is not goodbye.

Staying true to myself!
I’m a positive happy person and do not care to allow the constant negativity that replays all over social media, the news and television to reach the depth of my subconscious. I want to remain better and not grow bitter.
So with that said, I hope you understand where I’m coming from and look forward to catching up real soon.
While I’m on break, it will give you the chance to catch up on the content you missed over the past month.
