Monday Inspiration #20-Remembrance Day
It’s the start of a new week and today’s inspiration comes from a place of everlasting love. August 28th is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day a special day set aside to remember the furry loved ones we’ve lost. Some people choose to perform a candle ceremony, other pet parents like some quiet time, however I like to remember and share the good times. Remembrance day should not be one of sadness but of rejoicing in the loving memories, laughs and moments of time shared together.
As you know, my blog sets out to communicate this very sentiment. I share my journey to healing from pet loss through inspiration, sharing memories and my art. August 28th is a reminder that we should always remember that our furry family members live on because the love lives on. In one of my recent art blog posts, I mentioned I like to create my own digital art works using Canva. I created the my own quote and design below in remembrance of my girls Dusty and Precious. I think it turned out pretty nice. What do you think?
Although your time here was cut way too short, I’ll hold you here forever in my heart.
What is the Rainbow Bridge?
