Daily routines and positive habits can enhance your life and increase your success.  Practicing self-care is so important to maintaining good mental and physical health. When experiencing life’s challenges, whether it be grief, loss, or another unexpected event, it is helpful to have a guide to assist you stay on track to practice wellness and self-care.

7.      You take time to eat regular meals away from your desk.

8.      Get enough sleep each night.

9.      Go outside during the day to get some Vitamin D from the sunlight.

    #2 resonates with me. I feel so much better when I can set goals for the day and get them accomplished. I need to do better self-care with working out though. Since the pandemic happened, I have been cooking my meals at home much more and see a difference. Thanks for sharing these tips Kamira!

    I loved them all and try to do each of them for myself. A lot of people I have come in contact with think self care is selfish and it is not!! When I am done working out it’s the best natural high you can get.
