Monday Inspiration #52
Having pets is such a delight. They really do make a house a home. Additionally, raising and caring for a pet does instill important values and responsibility for us humans. Aside from teaching us such invaluable lessons like unconditional love, pets actually train us to do better by having some routine and structure in our lives.
I have found caring for cats has taught me patience, empathy and hard work. From preparing food to cleaning up hairballs and everything in between, you understand the magnitude of responsibility for another being as well as the love, care and sacrifice you willingly give. The good days far outweigh the bad days and you become a better human being for it.
