Monday Inspiration #96 – Give yourself permission to rest
When you are on the go and navigating life, you can get lost in the shuffle of the hustle and bustle. You may be used to an overpacked busy schedule day in and day out, however, I have learned the hard way, this is not healthy. You end up experiencing burnout.
In an effort to continue to practice positive habits, focus on making yourself a priority. Self-care is essential to living a lifestyle with good mental and physical health. Hence, this is why I chose this quote to focus on this week.
I know many of you can relate to needing self-care. This is especially vital when navigating life after pet loss or other life-changing events.
Give yourself permission to just stop, pause, breathe and reboot.
