With the start of a new month and an impending seasonal change into winter fast approaching, I thought it would be a good idea to share a few inspirational quotes. Specifically, I wanted to focus on mental health and inspiration.

This year in 2020 has been a quite pivotal year for so many reasons both personally and socially. From social injustice and chaos in politics, dealing with a pandemic and personal loss it’s no wonder many of us are feeling anxious, depressed and out of sorts.
